As I’m sure you can imagine, It’s a relationship that we’re really proud of. We developed the website, email campaigns and search marketing together to create a sector-beating integrated strategy.
Email
Email formed one of the cornerstones of their online activity. The camapign ran against a highly detailed strategy that tracked sends against business needs and insights into customer habits.
The creative brought visual variety and impact with every single email being completely original to ensure a continually engaging and enjoyable experience for subscribers.
The results prove the effectiveness of this camapign’s rigour. Above and beyond winning a few awards, we’re most happy that the camapigns regularly generated ROIs of over 3000% - we love it when what we do is making lots of money for our clients.
Website
Our work took the website through a variety of iterations, each more effective than the last. The final version had a booking engine reduced from 14 stages to 5 simple steps, interactive Park tours, video and image galleries as well as a structure designed to look beautiful to Google as well as your average human being.
The result was that it acheived a conversion to sale of over 7%, an exceptional level for a site with so many booking options. 7% is all very well but what we’re most happy about is beating Expedia in a usability poll in Travolution (a travel industry magazine). I say beating, it’s more like whipping!

Was the booking engine the only part you changed to maximise conversion or were there other things too. Do share :p
The conversion on the site was increased by analysing customer behaviour throughout the site. This included not only the core route to booking but also making the process for people who were just shopping around more engaging and effective too.
